Beaches International Jazz Festval – Toronto is held as a marvelous music fiesta since 1989. The festival takes place on open-air at "The Beach" neighborhood, a most popular area among tourists and hedonists, located on the east side of the "Old" City of Toronto.
The festival that lasts for four days hosts Canadian musicians and jazz compositions as well as guests from various countries. The main stage which is active mostly on Saturday and Sunday afternoon is located on Kew Gardens.
In addition to the central shows, in the streetfest the visitors can listen to tens of bands which play along two km of Queen Street East. Approximately one million guests attended the previous festivals.

The festival is focused on jazz but in fact various styles of music are played mainly on the street festival.
