Halloween is celebrated once a year on October 31. The Annual New York's Village Halloween Parade is one of the city's biggest and nicest open events. Thousands of celebrators gather once a year in the Village to observe the spectacular parade of music and costumes that begins at 19:00 at the corner of 6th Avenue and Spring Street, and ends after three hours of unique beauty at 21st street.
