Kite lovers of all ages, both professional and amateur, gather every spring in a festive colorful meeting. The oceanfront event offers plenty of activities and experiences for the whole family.

Among the events of the festival you can enjoy spectacular views of the sky covered with giant kites of different animal shapes and figures up to 80 feet long, which are flown by local professionals and guests who come especially from all over the East Coast.

Britain's American colonies broke with the mother country in 1776 and were recognized as the new nation of the United States of America following the Treaty of Paris in 1783.
