Carnaval San Francisco is held every year since 1978. The carnival that turns the streets of Mission District to one big stage, promises its visitors experience of the unique culture and tradition of Latin America.
During its two days, the carnival suggests culture events the include shows of Latin and Caribbean music, dance and more.
Thousands of people, local and tourists pour into town and the demand for accommodation is higher than usual, therefore it is advisable to check hotel prices and make reservations ahead of time.
The climax of the carnival is the Grand Parade with dancers, drummers and players. The colorful parade and the participants’ cloths can’t leave the spectators indifferent. This is a wonderful event for the whole family.
