The bath city Baden-Baden which is known as a resort city increases its atmosphere with a big Christmas Market that is held from end November until Christmas during Advent. (In the Christian calendar, the first season of the church year, a period of preparation for the birth of Jesus.

Advent begins on the Sunday nearest to November 30 and continues until Christmas). Baden-Baden market attracts, as all the Christmas Markets all over Germany, thousands of tourist and locals.

On the Christmas Market days accommodations can be fully booked, hence it is recommended to make a room’s reservations in advance in order to find a room in a reasonable price.

All the visitors enjoy the meeting with friends, drinking the traditional hot wine (Gluhwein) and Punch, hearing the bands and choirs playing twice a day concerts of holiday music.
