City2Surf Sydney
City2Surf is a road running that is held every year in Sydney on a 14-kilometre (8.7 mi) course. The race is attended by more than eighty thousands participants.
Thousands of people, local and tourists pour into town and the demand for accommodation is higher than usual, therefore it is advisable to check hotel prices and make reservations ahead of time.
The run is partly competitive and partly fun run and as such, competitive runners participate alongside amateurs who take part in the event in running or walking.
