Truffles are known as a qualitative ingredient in finest quality kitchens. The especially rare and expensive mushrooms cost could reach up to amounts of one hundred dollars per kilogram!
 
White truffle fair is held in the city of Alba, which is located in northwest Italy, for more than - 80 years.
 
The fair is held every Saturday and Sunday from the first half of October until the second half of November.
