Every year, in the second half of September, London holds a unique run in order to increase public awareness of the danger of extinction and saving hundreds of the world’s remaining giant gorilla.
The participants in the race are dressed as gorillas run in a circular route of seven km that starts and ends at Underwriting Centre. More than thousand runners participate in the queer race started in 2003.
The race course, participate guidance and time tables can be found on the race website.
