French Comedies Festival started in 2015 and since it attracted a large crowd of fans throughout the country. The festival presents the best contemporary French comedies as well as beloved classics that are remembered films from previous years.
The festival is produced by Eden Cinema, with the support of the French Institute and the French film company Yenfrence Films. The film lovers are invited to meet with the greatest comedians of all generations, Louis de Funes, Borbill, Pierre Richard and Jean-Paul Belmondo, Gérard Depardieu and more.
The festival’s program includes funny, yet thought-provoking and exciting films, all in the best tradition of French cinema, which combines humor and drama.
