The southern city Zakopane which is located at the foot of Tatra Mountains (branch of the Carpathian Mountains) holds, yearly, in August the International Festival of Highlanders’ Folklore.

In the seven days festival, folklore bands from all over the world turn the center of the town into a colorful music center.
