The greatest Japanese immigrants’ community lives in Düsseldorf on the shore of the Rhine in center Germany. Once a year, the city holds a one day festival dedicated to the Japanese culture.
Japanese culture, art and sport are held – theater, singing, dance, Sumo wrestling, karate, Judo, Kyudo (Japanese bow and arrow), Origami workshops, etc…
The event is ended with a magnificent fireworks show which is known as the biggest outside Japan. The festival’s program, lineup is present in the festival’s website.
