Keukenhof gardens are located in Lisse, about 40 minutes’ drive from Amsterdam. The visitors who arrive to the gardens remain open-mouthed and amazed at the beauty of the blossoming of millions of flowers of various kinds and colors, especially the tulips.

Thousands of people, local and tourists pour into town and the demand for accommodation is higher than usual, therefore it is advisable to check hotel prices and make reservations ahead of time.

Visiting the large gardens that are stretched over about 7.5 acres of marvelous blossoming promise an extraordinary experience.
The gardens are open to the public on the tulip blossom period between mid-March to mid-May.

Netherlands background and overview
