The Kite Festival in Lexington, KY marks the beginning of spring events and is considered the largest outdoor event of the season.  This is an event of community gathering, an event for all ages and for the whole family. It is held in the open air with colored kites in all shapes and sizes that paint the park’s sky.

The colored festival holds multiple activities:
