London’s New Year’s Day Parade is known as one of the most beautiful New Year parades over the world. This is an international parade that last for three hours with more than ten thousands participants representing more than twenty countries.
The visitors can enjoy watching giant dolls, dancers, acrobats, clowns, wind instruments bands, etc… Due to the numerous visitors during the New Year’s celebrations and the high demand for accommodations it is recommended to check hotel rates and book rooms well in advance.
The parade is held on January 1st. It starts in Parliament Square and proceeds along Whitehall to Trafalgar Square, Cockspur St, Pall Mall, Lower Regent St, Piccadilly Circus and Piccadilly, up to the junction with Berkeley Street. More than 500,000 spectators stand along it course and enjoy its’ beauty.
