Till 2016 the event took place once in two years, from 2017 it will be held every year in September. Paris holds an international antique exhibition.

The exhibition is organized by the Syndicat National des Antiquaires and takes place in a beautiful building in Grand Palais. The glass roof is a marvelous showcase for the exhibits and the events of this unique art fair.

France background and overview
Although ultimately a victor in World Wars I and II, France suffered extensive losses in its empire, wealth, manpower, and rank as a dominant nation-state.
