Prague Christmas markets

Prague Christmas markets are held, yearly, from start December to the 1st of January. The big fair is held on several markets. The main markets are at the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square, with smaller ones at Namesti Republiky & Havelske Trziste.

The visitors can feel the cold nights that precede the holiday. The air is full with pleasant smells of the roasted chestnuts, glazed apples, gingerbread and mulled wine and with the Christmas carols of the singings. On the Christmas Markets days accommodations can be fully booked, hence it is recommended to make a room’s reservations in advance in order to find a room in a reasonable price

The colorful market turned into beautiful festival of lights that demonstrate the beauty of the nearest holiday. This is defiantly a heart-warming event.
