Texas Rose Festival is held in Tyler, Texas. It hosts, every year, thousands of celebrators who reach this colorful and unique festival. The festival started on 1933, and excluding WWII period, it is held every year.

During the festival’s days the visitors can enjoy art performances, flower exhibitions and diverse festive events, all connected with the blossom of the One of the important events of the festival is the coronation of the rose queen.

Due to the numerous visitors during the festival days and the high demand for accommodations it is recommended to check hotel rates and book rooms well in advance.

This is a marvelous and colorful event where the rose queen and her court are presented to the public in an impressive ceremony. In addition art and craft fair, flower exhibitions and a colored parade are held.
