The Asian Pacific American Heritage Festival is a unique event that is held every year in New York City. The communities of Asian and Pacific Islanders celebrate a colorful festival that expresses the tradition and culture of each of the immigrant communities.
The event that is hosted by the Coalition of Asian Pacific Americans in New York City takes place in open air. It is known as the largest outdoors celebrations of its kind in US.
