Dozens of beehives participate every year in the traditional honey festival that is held  toward the Hebrew New Year (September, October according to the Jewish calendar).

The beehives will be opened to the public for instructed tours on raising bees and producing the honey. The visitors will be able to taste various kinds of honey.
