Wangin Culture Festival is held, yearly, in April in honor of the distinguished Dr Wangin who concentrate on tightening the political and culture connections between Korea and Japan.

One of the events of the festival is a great parade where more than two thousands marchers wear cloths that imitate the cloths that Dr. Wangin and his people wore in Japan. The fiesta is held in the cherry blossoming season, which adds unique beauty to the festive atmosphere.
